This was the best experience I've had with a service person. Jeff arrived at my house and he went straight to work at the kitchen drain that was leaking. When he finished, he showed me the work he did and everything looked brand new. He then did a free home inspection of my other plumbing, hot water tank and furnace. I learned so much about my plumbing and heating in that hour that I now feel confident in maintaining my home / winterizing / changing filters etc. I highly highly recommend!

Prompt service identifying and fixing the problem associated with the furnace quickly. I had another company very recently for the same problem not even looking at the furnace and quoting an absurd fee for work that was not even necessary.I would certainly recommend Bow Valley 24/7 plumbing and heating to anyone.

This was our first time using Cal-Rid after being disappointed by other pest control companies. We were impressed by the level of knowledge of the technicians, the thorough interior and exterior inspection (even crawling under our deck to fill a hole), and the solid guarantee period. Well I used them again, with my GE Stove, they came and diagnosed he problem I talked with GE, Avalanche sent their report to GE and a week later the part (free from GE) was shipped direct to Avalanche and was installed quickly and my stove is back up and running.

I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.
