Cat and the other girls are FANTASTIC!!! Nitro can't wait to get out of the car to go and see them. I find the staff and owner so personable and friendly. I know when I drop Nitro off he will be well taken care of. He also gets grooming from here and Cat is patient and always makes my fur baby look so handsome. These guys are amazing- you will feel like you still live in a small town, the way they remember your name and your particular brand of dog food- they even go grab the bag and carry out to your car for you. Where and when does that ever happen these days! Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Make a change from the big box pet stores and check these guys out- I promise you won’t regret it. last week we stopped in to look at some new dogs for our home. They had a huge selection which in one hand is really good and in the other its really sad. I have grown up with dogs and animals and with our new home i was really excited to get a new dog. As much fun as puppies are, its the older ladies and gents that have really had a rough ride...So we are still waiting to find the right dog for our home. They told us to check weekely and if we see someone we like to come down and meet them! We are really excited and are looking forward to our new friends! Lire plus

We have been bringing our boxer/rottweiler, kevin, to calgary dog house since the day it opened. We rescued Kevin when he was 1 year old and he presents his fair share of challenges. Not only does Billie-Jo welcome Kevin to Calgary Dog House but she makes it very clear how invested she is in supporting kevin's needs. We have been acessing Billie-Jo's services for almost one year and have always been beyond thrilled with her commitment to providing only the best quality of care to the animals she works work. We have taken Kevin to several other daycares throughout the city but Calgary Dog House is by far our favorite. The genuine love for animals that Billie-Jo shows each time we see her is incomparable.  Lire plus
