Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. They always keep you involved in the process, but do most of the work for you. They are very professional and an amazing team to have by your side if you are in a lawsuit. This was my first time getting a balayage and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Teknik. I got Dil as my hairstylist and she made my hair look gorgeous. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my hair and Dil helped me with that. After my consultation with Dil I trusted her completely with my hair and she made sure my hair wouldn't get damaged.
