Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. Great experience. I was picked up and returned from their office by a very polite, personable young gentleman. As I recall his name was Marwan.
He was also the person who signed me in. He did a great job of explaining all the extras that would be appropriate for me.
The Manager, Andrew, was also great. While I was there, I observed and heard him deal with many customers and a problem that he handled in an impressive manner, very polite and customer oriented.
I will return when I need to.
