Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

Having never been to a physio therapist before I was nervous and a bit sceptical. But within minutes of being in the office and talking with the friendly, knowledgeable receptionist Michelle, i was comfortable and relieved of my worry. The professionalism and care of Dr. Pandya, helped me reach my goals and the improvement I felt was immediate. I always feel welcome and am always treated with respect. I would recommend Eastgate Physiotherapy without question. Thank you Dr. Pandya!.

Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. He helped to ensure I wouldn’t lose my knocked loose teeth and I appreciate this so much! Thank you for your always amazing customer service:)

I was stuck on Saturday with a Flat - I called around and Fountain Tire (in the downtown area) was the only one who answered the phone. The work took a couple of hours but they put my spare away, fixed my car and even washed it. Thank you so much!

Justin is a great trainer and a great individual to deal with. He has an online program that is very accommodating and he has a private gym that can be used individually or with a small group. My 92 year old father was given great service from the Edmonton store for a faulty model he purchased at a different store. They did not hesitate to help him even though he bought the model at another Great Hobbies. Excellent service!
