After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed. From the time we limped in the dealership, until we were on our way, was 2 quick hours!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as getting us back on the road. Service is closed on Saturday's but Brad and Murray still came to my house and boosted my Acadia and then brought it back to Western and charged my battery, all that service and no bill. Thanks for helping me!
