I had to explain what was going on a few times. They were not willing to help in the beginning but in the end the manager sorted the issue out and resolved the problem perfectly! Very pleased and grateful.

Had Bighorn Electric Wire a 12 by 16 shop I built. They did a professional job, great work, on budget and on time. I especially Like the LED lighting system they installed. Kevin, who we dealt with today, was the best TELUS representative we have ever had!! He was totally knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, assisting us with a process in which we had several attempts at various stores in B.C. and Alberta. If i could give him a higher rating than what is available here I would!! He gave us advice and smoothly assisted us in the process, and even suggested further bundle deals to save us money. I doubt we will deal with anyone else!! EXEMPLARY SERVICE!! TEN/TEN !
