I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. Rachel and her team offered the most outstanding customer service today. Not only did they take their time to make sure the sizing was going to be the best solution for me for my own ring, when she heard the second ring I was sizing was for my daughter's birthday, she put a rush on the job so that I would have the ring in time for her birthday!!
Rachel answered all my questions and her team took their time making sure that I was well taken care of. Bravo!

I decided it is time to start preserving my vehicle and get Rust Proofing done. I called this place and they were so friendly. When I arrived for my appointment they were well organized and welcomed me by my first name! I was very impressed that the man (who's name I do not know) was so courteous and professional. They did a great job on my car ( I was able to see them do the work through a glass window). After they rust proofed my car they gave it a quick wash, which I was not expecting. I would recommend this location, hands down! I will be going back yearly.

I had a tooth distraction today by Dr. Bell. I left feeling good, I usually white knuckle through it due to childhood dental experiences.
He is very personable and professional. I have been going to this clinic since it opened and have had only friendly service from everyone.
