Every time I have gone to New Nails for a pedicure and manicure the service has been exceptional. The staff work very hard to accommodate everyone, including walk-ins. Patrons receive a lot of value and pampering at reasonable prices. I have always found New Nails to be a positive experience and respect the culture and language of these hardworking people.

Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

Susan, along with the other staff are complete sweethearts! I went for a full set and she was able to recreate a beautiful look! The male technician did a ladies polish a few stations down and they also looked incredible! She took her time and made me feel very comfortable, I have huge anxiety going to stores alone and they made me feel so welcomed. They also follow all covid protocols. I Can’t wait to see you again Susan !!!
