Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

anytime i've been in, they always let me know up front what's needed or what i can get by with on the budget i set for repairs. they may seem a bit pricier than the ones in/near the area, but they're worth every $$ as an investment in your car's safety.

Their garage services our family two collector vehicles as well as a good friend who drives all the way from West Vancouver to have his Subaru Forester serviced twice a year. So, in a nutshell, a highly recommended garage serving the Chilliwack/Sardis area.
