When we bought the furniture from Techno (which was several years ago), we were only a small representative office.Since then, Techno is our furniture provider and helped a lot when we set up our existing office with nearly a hundred workstations. From the very reasonable pricing, prompt response and good after sale service, we are happy with what techno have done for our new office all in all. I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.

This store is great for one big reason. They're open 24 hours! We have relied on this store countless times when dealing with a sick child in the middle of the night or needing one or two last toilettries before departing on an early morning flight. Combined with Shoppers Drug Mart's usual great service and selection of items you can't go wrong with this store.

Got our cabinets from them a bit over a year ago and they followed up with us to see how our kitchen was holding up, was impressed with the follow up would definitely recommend them they us quality products that work and will last us a long time.

Custom items we have had made are drapery, valances, bedding, cushions, upholstered storage bench made and re-styled dining room chairs and drapery from our previous home. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

I love Mike. I have had him as my barber for 19 years now. My dad, who is another loyal patron of his, brought me along during one of his trims, and my very first. You can see it in the book for kids cuts. Even though I am off in University now, I always make sure to go down to Main st. To see him and freshen up my cut. Recently he has erected a barbers chair just for me, with my name on it; right beside his own. Mike, you are awesome.

Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.
