I have been going to New West Cycle for almost 2 years now (since it opened) and I absolutely love them! They are friendly, honest, not out to take advantage of your knowledge or lack there-of. The staff are always willing to teach and to learn. They have a great working knowledge of both vintage, old, and new technologies and are able to work on bikes from all eras (and sell bikes from all eras as well). They listen to what you want, give you options to fulfill your needs, then listen to what YOU want, not what is most profitable for them. There is no other bike shop in the lower mainland that has the variety, friendliness and honesty that they have, and I have looked. They are my favourite bike shop, no question.

I was thrilled with Mike and his team's outstanding performance first time I was referred to them! Never been to any other shop in 7 years! Shopped around and tested their quotes several times and always ended up going back! I have 2007 Acura TL and you are not going to believe the difference in cost between KMF and Acura dealership!
I would not hesitate to recommend KMF to friends and family and couldn't imagine a more friendly and helpful group of guys to assist in all my future auto maintenance needs. Thanks guys!!

A couple of girlfriends and I were heading on a disney cruise with our children, we needed to get to the port of Vancouver with tons of luggage and tons of kids hassel free. We are so glad we choose Intralink for our transportation! They were prompt, helpful and great with the kids! The driver even did a Tim Hortons run for us :) .... The limo was clean, the driver was very professional! I will be recommending them to all my family and friends! Thanks Translink for starting off our vacation on a hassel free note!! When they came to pack on a Saturday, they did an excellent packing job and then returned on Monday to move it all.
The move went really smoothly. They showed up on time, it took the amount of time they estimated, nothing got broken, the movers were really good about moving furniture to where my mom wanted it, one of the movers took a lot of care to get my mom's bed set up, etc. Thanks Guys

I found this company through a groupon / online coupon for a furnace servicing. They were easy to schedule, came on time, serviced my furnace and were not pushy about upselling to other services. I had 'Ali' and he was polite, knowledgeable and very nice. It's great to get a deal with a Groupon, but it's better when you don't feel like they are treating you like less of a customer. I'll be replacing a furnace soon and will definitely give them a call again!

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.
