Everybody in the company are polite and maintain good work etiquette at the office. They are known for Very good cars, reasonable price and friendly customer service. To mention Mr. Rahul in particular is very polite and have good customer service skills.

When my relatively new (3 years old) Sears snowblower died, and Sears refused to help me, I asked Pat's if they could take a look at it. After finding the problem, Don explained exactly what they found wrong, what work was needed to repair the engine, and what the repair would cost me. It was well worth having it repaired. Great work, and very friendly people to deal with. Thanks Don.

We needed some tables and chairs for an outdoor party and this was the most cost effective spot in the area! The staff at the store and on the phone weren't the most friendly but they got the job done. The delivery and pick-up were right on time and they even let us use the tables for a few extra days because they don't pick up on Sundays - this was a true added bonus!! I have rented trucks 3 times in the last 6 Months and have had exceptional service. A house move a cottage move and parental move. call back was excellent and equipment good to drive I felt secure. Moving was stressful and anyone renting has had problems we even had problems with moving companies. u-haul came through.

I had my piano moved last Friday by Lance and crew from Braymore. All I can say is Wow! I have never seen such efficient and perfect execution of Service before this.
Lance has the experience along with the technical, communication, and leadership skills to make the project look easy but I know it is a difficult procedure to move around a 600 pound piano.

The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions.
When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments.
By far one of the best locations in the city. The work with you.
