I had extensive work done at my house in Muskoka and have nothing but positive things to say about the work. Everything was done as I expected and the attention to detail in the finishing had surpassed all my expectations. Everything was done in a timely manner and they were able to keep within my budget. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows.
