I have been going to this store for now few years and every time I interact with Mariyum she makes my day , she’s always very pleasant , and very help full , she always goes above and beyond. Since moving to Calgary two years ago I've found the level of service at this branch to be exemplary. Of all of the Scotia branches on the West/Southwest of Calgary this is the heavy hitter: smart staff, quick moving lines and a space that is clean and well lit. The tellers have been a cut above, especially when you compare them to the other branches.
I've never encountered the rudeness the prior reviewer mentions. If anything my experiences have been the total opposite.

From the first phone call with Deeray, to my first visit at the office I found the customer service to be excellent. They are in Aspen mall and share a lobby with other medical offices which is very convenient. I am in the dental field and would recommend this dental clinic.

Jessica is optimistic and deals with customers. never have I seen someone who steps outside her role, reception and offers service and friendly advice and deals with billing and issues. The dental hygienists here trained at Columbia College and are top notch professionals and superb assistance... I’m talking about Naseema and others.Dr wei takes care of my teeth since 2008; I had some issues before with my teeth such as cavities, pain, wisdom teeth, but he really cares about my health & teeth.
