I had my sunroof randomly shatter on me. I called the dealership who had no idea what to do or how long the parts would come in. One guy said over a week. I found dixie auto glass and they took care of it. Very friendly and hard working and went over and above. Would 100% recommend

I have been using this business since it opened (20+ years). I just had my car in for an In and Out car wash today and was once again impressed with their attention to detail and their excellent customer service. They have recently updated their operation. I bought parts her for several years, no problems saved a lot of money. Some the complaints here do not make sense, if you want a used bulb go and pull one out, it will likely be free. Mike past away suddenly July 2018 leaving the business disarray. If you call Mike still answers voice mail but returns so far this year.

My experience would have been 5 star if only they were able to pick up the rental at my address in Oshawa. Denis answered all my questions and gave me some advice regarding my next vehicle.
