I want everyone to know that this is a family business. They try their best to make customers happy, but instead, the customers decide to complain about their service and insult their business just because there was a mistake in their order or they had to wait longer than usual. They are people, too. If you don't like the food, then leave. There is no need to act like a child and leave rude remarks and bad ratings on every website. Me and my family were very happy to have an actual person answer the phone when our hot water tank started flooding the basement on one late Sunday night. It was a nightmare and we could not shut the water off. Their plumbing technician came right away and stopped the water from rising to what he showed us as live electrical outlets. I had no idea or even thought of that. Then to top it off he replaced our damaged electric hot water tank right then and there. I never write things like reviews or survays but I was so impressed and thankful, I feel I should let everyone know how prompt and clean the service was. They say they usually can get to you within 24 hrs normally and right away for emergency service

Daren arrived when he said he would, dropped a large container, and emptied out 30 years of woodworking debris, odds and ends of lumber, and the accumulation of debris that one accumulates in a home workshop. Did it all with a smile at a good price in 3 hours. Highly recommended.

I have the Earthworx guys doing my maintenance on my lawn. They always are there to keep things looking good. Anytime I needed something extra done, I could just call Dave. They took the time to rake up the mulch around my trees after every mow. My lawn has never looked so good, and we don't see any dandelions anymore.
