I contacted James from Redecopp Security after a terrible experience I had with a previous locksmith company. James was literally at our home 5 minutes after I contacted him to replace the locks that the previous locksmith broke, as well as keying the other locks in our house. A very efficient and reliable company. James is very attentive to detail and even cleaned up before leaving. Amazing service and quality work. We needed some help with fixing a problem last summer and where we bought it from was no help at all. The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand. We felt like we were the only customer they had ...... but the store was very busy. Great group!

Staff is extremely knowledgeable on all levels for locks, doors, and security services. I was locked outside of my house and they were very prompt to respond. Also had them rekey my house and provide new locks for my rental unit. They recommend only quality materials when asked about various brands of locks.
Also had them provide security system for house and their monthly fee for monitoring seems to be the lowest compared to other security monitoring providers.

Dallas and team did great work for duct cleaning, new water tank installation , new toilet and sum pump installation! I highly recommend this shop for anyone who needs their car fixed. My car had a engine problem and I took it there instantly and they figured out the problem fast, and I had my car back and fixed within 4 hours. Everyone was very helpful and kind at the shop, I felt very comfortable with leaving my car with them. Very amazing shop! I will for sure come back if I have any other problems.

The cable was seized on my mower. Googled the model number and nothing comes up. Great. I phone Sears parts. It is $14.22 USD plus shipping to a US address.
Ideal says bring it down and we will match it up. I do, she does and $20 later I am out the door.
How can the service get any better than that? Part if PERFECT, service is PERFECT, price is PERFECT.
I always support local businesses first. I want them to be here when we need them.

I had a molar that had been filled and the tooth broke off at the gum line. Dr. Kevin decided to extract the tooth. He put freezing into my gum and then had to dig to get the root out. I was waiting for him to pull the tooth. Surprising me he told me the tooth was already out. Dr. Kevin is very quick and gentle. When the freezing came out there was hardly any pain and it did not bleed very long.I would recommend Dr. Kevin to anyone who needs a tooth extracted.
