I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. I just received my hearing aids a week ago and one of them stopped working. I call Alon and he said could I come in and see him in an hour. We went right away and he checked out the hearing aid and found I had a dead speaker. He replaced the speaker for me right there and we were on our way. Before I even purchased them I called him a few time for information and he always took time to explain everything. From start to finish I have been very impressed with his service and also his prices.

I had them come out to my house to thaw out my frozen solid septic drain. They were awesome! Very reliable, honest , knowledgeable, dependable and hard-working . I called them and they came out when they said they would. . It was also the coldest day of the year . I will definitely call them again if I have a drainage problem. After my mother had her appointment I was curious to see the outcome - I was absolutely shocked and amazed at the size of her smile and completely drawn to how radiant her face was, you could have picked her out of a crowd!
