This company goes above and beyond. I have relied on Golden Phoenix (Abby and Oral) for several years now. They maintain my elderly Aunt's house, especially the roof. Twice I've had to call when it was an emergency (storm damage) and they've always responded right away (at no extra charge). I cannot recommend them highly enough. Last but not least, their pricing is honest and reasonable.

Have used Grant's services numerous times from hanging lights, fans, installing of new wiring in a basement to complete replacement of electrical panel and always happy. I had multiple companies quote on my roof job and Hyman came in very close to the bottom and seemed a touch more professional so I went with them. This proved to be a great choice for many reasons but ill gibe you my favorite; i just stepped outside the house and the guys on the roof couldn't see me and i over hear the end of a conversation about how the last people that did this roof used 5 small pieces of plywood to cover a section rather than using 1 sheet with a hole drilled through it. In other words THEY DONT CUT CORNERS. YAHOO FOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP! I would recommend these guys to anyone anytime.

These folks have been in business for a long time and with good reason. They have excellent sales staff who are not pushy but very knowledgeable. We ordered a chair custom made in Toronto (Yay: Canadian made) and have been told that when it is ready, if we don't like it, we don't have to pay for it. They deliver for free. You don't get this kind of service any more so we are delighted and will definitely use this store again.
