This was our first time at Swiss Chalet. The restaurant was quite busy for 4PM Sunday, but not packed. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
The waitress seemed to be in a hurry. Looks like they were short staffed. She messed up our drinks and the cook never brought us the buns we were supposed to get with our meal. My tea cup had something dried up on it (looked like brown sugar), which I had to scrape off with my fingers :)))) I didn't bother asking to get a new one.
The food was very tasty, although the dessert (sundae) was far too sweet .
Overall a nice little lower-middle class restaurant with good atmosphere.
The service could be better though.

These folks are great! Had me fixed up and back on the road much faster and hassle free. Wont be going to a chain shop again, the quality of workmanship here is way better! Highly recommended

The amount of food is just right. The delivery is quick and the food is still hot. The food is delicious and not hard on the wallet. The customer service is friendly. The order comes correct. I am very well pleased with my experience with their over the phone ordering and delivery services. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great food, good service.
I've never been disappointed eating here.
I take my wife and kids at least once a month.
Definitely a family favorite.
