After filling up with gas, my car would not start at the pumps at the Husky station adjacent to the Fort Horseless Carriage garage, around 6 in the evening. I was attempting to get on a ferry back to Victoria, but that plan had to be abandoned, along with my car at the garage. The attendant, David, allowed me to push the car in front of the bay doors for the night. I returned at 8 the next morning where I met Gavin, one of the mechanics at Fort Horseless Carriage. Again the staff at this location continues to amaze me with the great service and welcoming counter attitude. I have been going there for many years and feel like one of the guys. The owner is awesome. I just love this place. Only thing missing is fresh baking ???

Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end.
After I got my truck back the brakes didn't squeak any more,brakes were working better then ever and good improvement over front end drive. Very happy.

A relatively low paying job proved to have its challenges for both me and Bills team. Through it all, they bent over backwards looking after me, the customer.
