I have had the pleasure of dealing with this business for approx 5 years now. The owner/operator has been professional and personable. He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. My husband and I have used Commissioner of Oaths Edmonton a few times already to get affidavits and statutory declarations commissioned and had a great experience each time. Booking online was easy and seamless and the location is easy to get to with free parking. We received an appointment reminder 30 minutes before our appointment that had a link to Google directions, which was a bonus. The commisioner was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and price was the lowest in Edmonton!

My parents furnace was acting up and I called City Works for them, and they had the furnace back up and running in no time. Very professional service, and the man who came out took the time to answer My dads questions. We were happy to find out that City Works offer a seniors discount too. Chris came to clean up a mess left by an earlier garage door company. He did a great job. Cleaned up the wiring, relocated the door sensors to proper code, tightened the wobbly door opener motor, checked everything out. Very reasonable price. Chris is a nice guy too. Very pleased overall with C&W.

Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

The entire experience from start to finish was seamless! Mark is amazing and went above and beyond to process my claim and get my car in and out super fast. The technicians are extremely talented and I couldn't believe they got the dents out! I had 3 dents in and awkward spot on my car (on the frame above the rear passenger door) and have no idea how they got there. Nevertheless i am extremely happy with the customer service and the entire process. I can't say enough good things! Thank you guys!

Highly recommend this business for body work. I used their app for quote and was contacted immediately after submitting info. I dealt with Roy. Super friendly and informative. Repaired my damage from a hit and run on front end of my brand new car. Estimated quote was exact and repair time was a day earlier than expected. My car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up! I'm so impressed with the quality of work and customer service from reception to management that I received. Impressed.
