Rui takes the time to explain things to you and as a woman gong to a mechanic, I appreciate that he does not talk down to me because I am not a "GUY". He tells you what needs to be done NOW, what can wait and other issues that he notices and how long you have before they become URGENT. Fair pricing, good service, car always ready within the agreed upon timeline - GREAT place to go have your vehicle taken care of !

I was devastated when someone hit my car. I saved for years so I may finally purchase my dream car. And a few months later my vehicles rear end completed mangled. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

CARSTAR at location 344 Eastern Avenue in Toronto did a fantastic job with my Toyota Corolla, I must say I'm very pleased with the quality and professionalism. Raj and his secretary and staff were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Overall i had a very pleasant experience with them and i strongly recommend them.

I have never seen such an honest mechanic I had a problem with my car it was not starting the mechanic came and inspected my car and the only problem was that my starter wire was disconnected and he just plugged it back in he didn't try to make any profit from me keep up the good work guys
