I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH CHARLES QUALITY MEATS for about five years now. They're FRESH CUTS and FRIENDLY SERVICE keeps me coming back week after week. In addition to their fresh cuts of beef and pork they have a wide variety of pork sausages and their freshly sliced bacon is to die for. It's one of the only local establishments that also sells fresh cuts of lamb and goat.

Reached out to them via Kijiji to schedule to have my vehicle towed from Kitchener to Waterloo. They were very prompt with their response and kept communicating until the day of the service. I also had to reschedule the time at the last minute due to an emergency and they were able to adhere to my schedule change and get the service done on that same day with no penalty ?. The whole process was smooth and completed with no issues. Amazing service.

The owner first aim is always to please his customers. He is MOST accommodating. If you don't see a product you're looking for in his store, talk to him about it. As was in my case, he'll happily order it for you. He even gave me two items of the product when it came in as a complimentary for steering him to the product. phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

I have been a client of The Spa for years now - and there's a reason for that. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional, the services offered are amazing (I've had many, but not all - yet!), and the products are to die for!

WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. The business is friendly doing excellent job having my 2nd dentures done there. She is doing a perfect job. My denture need renewed because I have them for 9 years and it is wear and tear over the years, they are not real teeth, but very strong. I recommend for anybody who need work done even at partials.
