Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. Just the chemicals you really need, even if Im using the Trouble Free Pool approach which really cuts down on the high-margin products I might otherwise buy.

My father, who was travelling to PEI passed away unexpectedly in Winnipeg. Shane and the team were amazing to deal with, and helped us get back home to BC sooner than I expected. Having the online forms were very helpful, and easy to fill out. All of my questions were answered once we were home. During this difficult time, I am glad we were able to have their help. Dr Peter is one of the most compassionate vet I have ever met. He truly loves animals and only wants the best for them. He doesn't just get to know your pet, he gets to know you as a person. It's nice to call and right away he knows who he's talking with. And I love that he will open his clinic at anytime and I have never been charged an emergency fee. Even on weekends! You will never regret taking your pet to this knowledgeable, compassionate vet!!! He is the best vet in my books!
