The entire experience from start to finish was seamless! Mark is amazing and went above and beyond to process my claim and get my car in and out super fast. The technicians are extremely talented and I couldn't believe they got the dents out! I had 3 dents in and awkward spot on my car (on the frame above the rear passenger door) and have no idea how they got there. Nevertheless i am extremely happy with the customer service and the entire process. I can't say enough good things! Thank you guys!

Two guys done the job, and were exceptional. Got on with the job, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would recommend this garage floor coating, Polyaspartic to anyone that wants to improve or repair their garage floor. The guys at the dealership also friendly and helpful.

The atmosphere and service was awesome. The food was very flavourful. One of the dishes we tried was the monk fish pasta which was too fishy for any of our tastes. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent service provided by Jason from Door & Lock Surgeon's Edmonton office.
Jason was personable and quite professional. He went above and beyond by taking time to properly explain various security options like Wrap Around Plate, Long Bolt Strike for added security even informed about Shatter resistance Bee Cool Glass Film.
I am very happy with the service provided and will always call them for all my future security needs and for that Long Strike and Bee Cool Glass Film.

I decided to come here for the first time when I got interested in the Explorer. From the start I was greeted by friendly faces at the door and felt very welcome. We bought a vehicle in October 2014. We have never been treated like this before at a car dealership. Everyone was pleasent and cheerful. There was no PUSHY ATTITUDE from the salesman. We were actually treated like a person rather than another vehicle sold on the monthly list as at other dealerships. Every car we test drove was washed and impecably clean. When we were there the dealership was very busy and this feat alone was remarkable. Overall it was a wonderful buying experience.
