Rui takes the time to explain things to you and as a woman gong to a mechanic, I appreciate that he does not talk down to me because I am not a "GUY". He tells you what needs to be done NOW, what can wait and other issues that he notices and how long you have before they become URGENT. Fair pricing, good service, car always ready within the agreed upon timeline - GREAT place to go have your vehicle taken care of !

I was devastated when someone hit my car. I saved for years so I may finally purchase my dream car. And a few months later my vehicles rear end completed mangled. Hard working staff. Very knowledgeable in all home theatre aspects. I have been their customer for 5 years. They can always be reached to fix any glitches that providers may throw at me. I will be upgrading my hardware in the next year or two and will not hesitate to call them again.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

This service is worth every penny (and it's very reasonably priced). The level of customer service and professionalism provided combined with the amount of time and money I saved was excellent. As someone who knows very little about cars, being presented with a list of vehicles that met my criteria made the decision so much easier. Not to mention the fact that I barely had any interaction with the dealerships, Car Compass shopped around for me and obtained the best possible price for the car I wanted. I highly recommend them.
