WOW is an understatement!!! Last weekend I found out my son had a dental emergency that was basically ignored by the ER Dept at the hospital he went to.
I contacted this amazing dentist late Saturday afternoon and he was empathetic, comforting and so helpful. Mike waited around for us to get our son to the clinic as we had a few hours to get there. I booked an Inspection with Alberta Chimney Sweep and the Inspector walked me through the whole process, I had alot of questions and he took the time to explain them in a way I would understand. There was some repairs needed,and he showed me what needed repair. Also he made me drawings so if I wanted I could get someone else to do the repairs or do them myself. This company was very professional in helped me through email and over the phone to make sure my repairs were done correctly, as I did the repairs myself. They didn't charge me a cent for helping me. Needless to say I am very happy with there service.

I have recently found these guys after searching for a place that actually cares, unlike other places (ALL local big name stores shall remain unmentioned), and will now not go anywhere else. These guys are the best. They treat you more like a family then a customer and are always willing to spend the time to talk to you and let you browse. They have the best selection of any place that I have gone and they always try to bring what they can as often as they can. No regrets going here.
