It's always super cool to drop by Praxair and buy a few pounds of dry ice. It's definitely a party hit during halloween, but you can always buy some for a cocktail party, for entertaining kids if you happen to be babysitting or having a harry potter theme get together.
The staff are friendly, super fast service, and always a ton of fun to get some dry ice.

Excellent chiropractor, very knowledgeable. I like that he did not just squish and crack me, but used movement in the therapy as well. Would highly recommend!

We stumbled upon this cafe while shoppping at the downtown boutiques. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. Our lunch was very tasty and the organic coffee was exceptional. I'll be visiting Nanaimo again soon and will definately be dropping in. OMG ......... Nanaimo Bars!!!

PIlates from the Center is an exceptional studio with instructors who certainly know their stuff. I'm been to a few pilates studios trying to find one that made me feel like I was getting my money's worth and I finally found one. Not only do they know what they are doing but they take the time to make you know what you're doing so that you can take pilates into your everyday life.
I loved it and I'm so happy that I found PIlates from the Center. I highly recommend it.

It has many parking spaces. Their songs are pretty update. The rooms are big and clean. The sound system is not bad. It has All You Can Sing. The price is $15 per person before tax.

Definitely the go-to spot for IV injections. The ladies at Promethean Clinic are just a pleasure to deal with. I haven't used their other services yet but I definitely recommend the IV therapy. I hate needles but it's definitely got a lot of benefits that are worth the sacrifice.

I miss the old location across the street and the previous generation of employees, but the new location and staff are very good. Have a spanokopita at the lunch counter, but ask for the one they make in house. A little more expensive, but very good.

Jessie gave me the most accurate and detailed description of my problems and designed an exercise program especially for me! It was simple and easy-to-follow, plus I asked her for a few simple ideas for exercises I can do at my desk, and she happily obliged!
Excellent treatments and a routine that was easily adaptible into my everyday life.
