i found the people very helpfull and understanding there was a mixup in my script with my son of the same name and when descovered the fix was quick and prof. Amazing customer service. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure I got my order. When I couldnt find time to go down to the store and pick up my order, Graham dropped it off at my door that same afternoon for only a few extra dollars.
Great service and Ill be getting all my orders from UPS from now on.
