Best place Ive ever gone to. Kenneled my dog and got incredible service. Our plane was delayed and they were very helpful and understanding and caring with the situation and I will definitely bring my dog back there again next time!! Always compassionate and cares for the pets first!

I have had nothing but terrific service at Pet Planet in Riverbend. The staff have been knowledgeable and helpful. The Groomers have been terrific with my dogs! Its so wonderful to have pet care people in the neighborhood - good for my pets and good for me!

Great customer appreciation and service from the ladies I met here. They had a free dog wash on for opening month and I was kinda Leary about it in the past. Being free tho I figured I'd give it a go and it was a great experience. Will def be back.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The owner Sandy really cares about your animals and will try everything to help you find the best way for your animals to have a long and happy life!!

These girls go above and beyond! I run the pet food bank in town and we held a donation event there yesterday. Those girls helped us get set up and get comfortable for the day. They were amazing! Even supplied a water dish and treats for “peaches” my Pom I brought. Looking forward to doing it again. They have lots of amazing toys and treats that the dogs /cats would love for Christmas. Our donation box is still there and all donations are very much appreciated! Thank you Petland!!!?❤️?

large selection, nice staff. They treat their animals very well, from what I have witnessed. One of the better pet stores out there.
