Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I highly recommend this denture clinic. Alex and his team; Jenny, Kelly, and Cindy treated me very kindly. I needed some emergency work done and Alex worked very hard to create a remarkable denture for me. He and his team actually worked over the weekend to complete this for me and although it's only temporary, the workmanship is amazing!! My computer was hacked this week and at the suggestion of a friend I turned to Derek of Bennett Consulting for help. He cleared appointments and set to work. There was a lot of damage and cleanup to do but he got the job done and at a reasonable price. Now I am comfortable using my computer and thank him so much for doing such a great job for me.

I went to get the root canal done and they had home alone playing... and boy it was hard to concentrate keeping my mouth still. Also, if you have young kids beware as they will not wanna leave as they have ps3 and other games!
