I highly recommend Kal Tire in Courtenay. Went in to get a nail removed from a tire and repaired. They ended up repairing 3 tires at no charge. Fast and super friendly staff. Thanks again!!

I had a fantastic experience in Dream Dress for Less. The staff was professional, pleasant, courteous and very patient throughout my whole dress shopping appointment. They were able to find me a dress within my price range. They do have a huge selection of dresses in every price range. I was able to get an amazing dress for just 200 dollars.

I visited this pawn shop last week with a piece of jewelry that I wanted to sell . THe owner immediately told me that it was a beautiful piece and commented on how unique it was. I was pleasantly surprised by what he offered to buy it for as it was more than what I had expected. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I will definitely be going back and doing more business with him as I was impressed with the way he handled the sale.

I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

Great shop! Reasonable prices and my special order carpet came in on time and was exactly what I had in mind. Gary, the installer did a great job laying the carpet for me. Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.
