Amazing staff, they make one feel like a wanted and important as opposed to feel like a burden like most places. They're such wonderful people and always willing to go out of their way, the whole staff, to help you. They offer many services with a smile. Sorry for being overly complimentative but I can't help it, it is all true. Peter Mah and staff at Royal Oak are superb. Peter is extremely capable and, unlike most of the rest of the profession, is aware that aesthetics have a huge impact on people's self-esteem. Also surprisingly affordable, as they do the lab work in-house. The supporting staff are competent, patient, and understanding. I unreservedly recommend this clinic.
