Very helpful over the phone on initial discussion about bin sizes, rates, etc. Prompt / on-time delivery of a good condition bin with no driveway damage. During bin use, we had a question. Immediately answered with a phone call. Called for bin pick-up and this occurred within about an hour. On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. The store hours are very convenient since I have been retired for ten years. Overhead signs on the aisles are often meaningless. I was looking for a jar of honey and the correct aisles is SPREDS. I have to walk with a cane but when I push the cart that works very well. How you assign shelf space has not changed. Almost an entire length of an aisle shows unhealthy cereals! You stock only KASHI 2 different boxes. Potato CHIPS get a lot of shelf space - none are healthy ..... Lire plus

We tried this spot for our Anniversary. We were lucky and ended up getting a spot st the bar without reservations. We had booked at another restaurant but due to the power outage they were closed. Anyways, happy mistake finding Patois. The food was AMAZING and the service and cocktails were pretty fantastic too!!! We ordered a lot of food, I just wanted to try it all. My fav was the crispy pork belly, jerk chicken, and dirty rice. I can’t wait come back again to try more off the menu. Lire plus
