Made an appointment for January 2nd at 9:30 , JJ showed up right on time . Diagnosed and repaired issue with our shower valve , also replaced outlet for tub . Very polite , very professional . All parts required were in stock in his truck .

The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.

I've been going to the clinic since 2007 and have experienced nothing but satisfaction with the service and the staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. I love how personal each appt. is- you don't feel like just another client. I've been able to manage my chronic back pain with regular visits; Dr. Watson (literally) has my back covered! Exceptional Service! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, mindful, honest and reliable service. Irek modified a sink/laundry plumbing to accommodate a custom laundry room set up. He fixed 4 additional leaks and broken faucets, installed multiple plumbing improvements that will make plumbing repairs easier in the future- all during the same service call and at no extra charge. His fees are reasonable. We were truly impressed with his expertise and attention to fine details.
