Justin is a great trainer and a great individual to deal with. He has an online program that is very accommodating and he has a private gym that can be used individually or with a small group. I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions.
