I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.

We were looking for a sectional sofa love seat combination that would fit in our unusually narrow townhouse living room. Angela N very patiently went over the options and found us the best deal. We love it! We ended up getting great deals on a new guest room bed and accent cabinet as well! Thanks Angela N!

Leon’s is a great place for quality mattresses. I went here last Tuesday to inquire about a mattress. The place was amazing! I walked around a bit before a sales person came to help me. He seemed knowledgeable, showed me some options in mattresses. I went back on Thursday to place my order and they delivered it the next day. I am very pleased with this purchase and they earned my loyalty and I will definitely shop at this store again.

I visited the Brick Outlet in Scarborough and Abdul was my sales associate. He was very helpful from the time I entered until my product was delivered. He followed up every step of the way. I love this childcare centre. I would call in to checkup on my son when he first started going there and they've always answered all questions and updated me about how he is making out. They also use the HiMama app and put photos and updates on a daily basis which is so awesome especially considering with the new covid restrictions not being able to enter in the centre and get those updates in person. They've been extremely helpful and supportive with my son's potty training as well.

Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. She was very profession and wonderful to deal with. Amazing!

I just bought my house and a month later my furnace stopped working, I had never needed to call a heating company before so I looked through the yellowpages and called a few different companies. I spoke to City Gas, they lady that answered the phone was great and their pricing was cheaper than many other companies I had called.
Their technician came to my house within an hour of my call; he was very friendly and professional and he fixed my furnace quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with their service and I will defiantly be using them again! Thanks City Gas!

I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great!
