There is absolutely something to be said for dealing with a local business. The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. The only place in the city to go to get your appliances!

I needed venting for a kitchen, laundry and upper bathroom sink reconfiguration done. Tim and his apprentice Jess were amazing and friendly! Keith the owner came by to talk about alternate solutions to my problem that were the most cost effective. Keith's suggestions were different from what I received from mr. Rooter and I assume was the most cost efficient.

My door broke with my car stuck inside they came and got my car out right away and were able to get a new door installed the next week! They were so pleasant to deal with I will definitely be a return customer!!
