Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years for waxing, the odd facial, but most of all massage. They helped me through a terrible illness I was battling. I was going to see them for deep tissue massage 2 times a week during my active treatment. I’m a tough client to deal with as half my body is numb and my pain is extremely deep but they were amazing!!! I can’t rant and rave enough about them all here. I got a flat tire December 17th evening, took the car in at opening 8am in hopes they could patch it. They got me in and fixed it right away! No charge. Amazing service, great staff. And they left me a flower on the dash. Nice touch! Thank you and I will definitely use Kal Tire again.

Booking with Karen was easy. She listened to what we wanted and found us the best deal out there. This was our first time in Mexico. We stayed at Sandos Caracol in Playa del Carmen, the resort was nice, food selection was great, lots of ala carte. The animals were fun to see and learn about. Beach and pool was nice. We enjoyed our time. Next time we book itll be somewhere with more pools and less walking and we fully trust Karen to help us book our next trip where ever that will be.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. They responded quickly and were careful to explain the process and products available. The crew was organized professional and efficient. They arrived early at 7 am and worked diligently all day and completed the new roof on our house as well as replacing the old venting ducts. They cleaned up all around the house, no remnants of debris of any kind. Highly recommend the company it was a straight forward, hassle free, honest and reliable experience.
