The Harwoods do absolutely excellent work. Cody came to our house to help with what we thought was a huge problem. It turned out to be something he was able to fix on the spot, and he was done quickly. He was neat and respected our carpets, and we were only charged for the small part required. After having dealt with a number of what I would call incompetent individuals it was very gratifying to deal with Fern’s Heating inc. They installed a new furnace in record time and had the old one running in order to make sure that I did not go without heat. Everything was left spotless before he left. Very professional and he took the time to answer a lot of my questions.

My job takes me all over the province and I just got back from the Sault. Boy are we lucky to have this Boston Pizza. Best deals anywhere and the staff are cool to boot. I love BP in North Bay but am really getting an appreciation for just how good the North Bay location is. No specials in SSM, Simcoe, Keswick.

In the middle of this Co-vid 19 virus our car was totalled when we hit a moose late in the evening. Despite all protocols of social distancing and serious health concerns, Griffiths were out PRONTO to assist. They recommended a tow closer to them ( vs. returning to Toronto) to save costs. They were extremely helpful in allowing us to get back to the car to pick up our stuff & answering all our questions regarding insurance. Polite, professional. Perfect.

This is the best pharmacy to deal with in my opinion. I literally live a block from another shoppers drug mart and-still I choose to go across town to deal with this store/pharmacy at 276 Lakeshore thanks to how amazing the staff/pharmacists are at this location. Sure sometimes you have to wait a bit for a prescription but it just depends on how busy they are just like anywhere. I would definitely recommend dealing with this store, I have no complaints at all.

I just had them install a tankless water heater for me, and the 2 men did a fantastic job, and again very courteous , friendly, and professional! Have been travelling here for Krown rust protection on two vehicles now-our local Krown isn't known for great service or work and well that last Rustcheck (local business) visit was not at all worth the headaches and staff seemed less than enthused/knowledgeable to be working in such an environment. Had heard Krown/Discount car wash In Sturgeon Falls was fantastic and really at that point what did we have to lose? Well we are not sorry we took that chance. fantastic service always!

Christie has fixed several items for me and goes above and beyond every time. I had my engagement ring resized and a diamond replaced that had fallen out. She is trustworthy and always gives an honest estimate. Jewelry comes back clean and like new! She’s the only person I will use for jewelry repairs in north bay!
