Came to this place with a few friends and I thought it did taste good, minus the waiters accidently putting ice cream on my apple crisp, it still was really good. If you're looking for a place to eat pizza or have your birthday party, or to just chill out with friends, Boston Pizza is your biggest choice you should pick. I have gone to Grand Chalet/ Tony Spiducci's many times. I have had the pleasure of going with one person and have been there with up to 25 people. The service, food and atmosphere didn't waver a bit... Every time i have gone I have had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I will and have recommended this restaurant to everyone I know. Try an order of spiducci's when your there..so yummy (tiny lamb meat only shish kebobs)

Tried the place for the first time. Pizza was amazing and wings were nice and crispy. I asked him for well done though. Price was decent compared to what was around. Will recommend to any one who hasn't tried it yet.

Went here for lunch but will not be back.
I must say the food here is very good.
Unfortunately the Service Manager or Waiter is very pushy and will invite himself into your conversations. He invited himself to sample our food (which we declined), he kept trying to hit on us, and stood over us until we ordered. In addition, there were 4 gentlemen just standing around the bar looking around the whole time. It was annoying.
I am Italian and have been to many great Italian restaurants, but this is not one of them. It has great potential, great decor and great food but lacks in customer service. I really do hope they change it around.
