We ordered a roll-up awning. A couple of years later, we had to have roof re-done. BM Awnings sent an installer out to help us take it down and then again to put it back up again. They were extremely helpful when we had to have a side curtain made, and also when I needed to remove the valance to clean it. This company offers above and beyond customer service! I had a taxi on the way to come get me, and the employees here were able to take my order and make my subs in under 5 minutes. They were incredibly kind and more helpful than I deserved as a customer. I have a feeling they treat everyone with not just respect but they likely go above and beyond for all of their customers. I don’t personally believe service workers owe their customers reverence but their kindness touched my heart. Lire plus
