Our beloved dog was diagnosed with throat cancer. Dr Saini and his team were extremely compassionate when it was time to have our dog put to sleep. They bent over backwards to ensure our family was well taken care of during our time of sadness. If we decide to get another animal Dr Saini will be our choice for our bet. I highly recommend them.

Tony Wise is amazing! The care and attention he spends with each customer is unparalleled. There was a time when he was fixing my young child’s glasses every week because my boy was so hard on them playing sports etc. He even fixed my brother’s glasses when my brother was visiting us from Calgary. My brother hadn’t even purchased his glasses from Tony but Tony wouldn’t accept any money for fixing them! Tony know what frames look good on a person and the quality of the glasses is excellent.

My mom has been at this nursing home for 5 years now it is a wonderful place friendly staff always willing to listen and communicate by phone or email They take really good care of my mom and treated her with respect. When we go visit they are very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place

We had a regular vet when our dog's unexpected nosebleed while at the groomers led to Dr.Sherry taking care of her.I left the clinic after that unscheduled visit knowing that we were changing vets to Thickson PH.Since then we have a new puppy that they have taken wonderful care of along with sharing much needed advice, had to say goodbye to our oldest that the team helped us through with compassion & have gotten our 9Yrold arthritic Sr.up,moving&enjoying life again.Moving was the best decision!

Even though their product was not what I needed (we have a lower end used hot tub) Mike was so helpful in helping me know what to look for when purchasing a cover. Honest, helpful and overall just a great demeanor. I have been going to Rivers Clinic for almost a year now. I must say the team of acupuncturists there is extremely knowledgeable, confident and friendly. My 2 grown-up daughters and I have been desperately trying out different clinics in the past but in vain. At Rivers, I go for my beauty facial treatments, where they give me precious pearl powder (treatments done by Dr. Chiang, who is also the owner). They also prescribe me Chinese herbal tea. My older daughter, who is the most skeptical person in the world, finally found an acupuncturist here who cured her menstrual problem in ONE go So is my younger daughter, who has now been pain-free since coming here for her leg injury (from martial arts since she was 10). And we get so pampered (by Linda) at the reception every time we visit.
