We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. I am 65 years old and wanted a mini coop.. i hooked up with Chris. Best service i have ever had.. i live 2 hours away and was nervous about driving that far and he offered to drive the car to my house to see it.. Who does that.. 1 am hearing impaired and he spent 1/2 hour on the phone with my insurance company as i couldnt hear on the phone.. again never met a car salesman that did that.. i had other vehicles i wanted to see as well but purchased from chris.. its the place to go for sure
