I picked Ian's company randomly - looking for help to relight a pilot light on the hot water heater at my family's cottage at Cultus Lake. Friday afternoon on a long weekend. Dr Thomas's dental team is amazing to say the least they were able to take in my friends daughters of 7 years old and help fix 4 of her teeth which were all infected , shes never been to his practice before and today was a blessing in disguise when you've been told by another practice in another town that they will have to extract her teeth all 4 of them on a child! I lost the key for my removable hard drive case, then locked it... Duh!! I wasn't sure any locksmith would want to bother with such a little job but Pro Tech said they could come the next day. I was surprised, I guess I was expecting to have to take it somewhere! He arrived promptly, took his shoes off in the house which impressed me muchly, and not only got it unlocked but made me a new key, all for a very reasonable price!!
