Extremely efficient service. Both bikes serviced within 24 hours - wow! We were told by another store the shifter could not be fixed on our older bike (old but expensive back in the day) therefore the bike was junk. Outspoken replaced what was needed and the bike is working great again. Thanks and we will definitely be back without hesitation.

I visited this establishment on May 3rd. The store is small but delightfully organized. The items are all quality goods and priced fairly. I found the sales staff to be friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I have a problem with a bone spur on one foot and was able to purchase a pair of shoes to wear to a wedding that were both stylish and comfortable. I will return.

Last time I was there, they could have easily charged $300 for a new part I needed, but instead went out of their way to get one from the dealer using the recently expired warranty. We hired Alvarez Roofing for our home back in 2008. We needed to replace some of the plywood on the roof deck, get new shingles as well as deal with a sunroom which was leaking and had a very low slope. When we got our quote they explained everything clearly and gave us options that suited our needs. We were thrilled with the results and as a bonus the sunroom is much quieter now.
