Loved the 2020 Mercedes C300 AMG I rented from here after I was hit in my 2018 C300. The office staff were very knowledgeable with everything and walked me through the whole process with a breeze. Super helpful staff! I came in with an low oil alarm and they verified the oil I required, checked the level and then added it for me. They were kind and polite, did not talk down to me, and solved the problem. Overall fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Harry was a guardian Angel! I was in an accident that rendered my car undriveable and stranded 100 kms from home. He went above and beyond to help me arrive home safe and sound. Was honest and caring through the whole experience. I would drive back the 100 kms to have him work on my vehicle!

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!
