As we where looking for a new car, we had the pleasure working with Connor and Damian from Sales and Laura from Finance. it was the best Car buying experience, the team helped us to find the perfect car for our little family and were great with our 2 year old trying to turn the dealer ship upside down. To the last review. We are sorry to here of your troubles. We strive to give great service, each and every time a customer comes in. That's why we have stayed in business on the westside for over 30yrs. In this case we attempted to make a repair on a part , that would take several days to come in and cost hundreds of dollars, all for a clip the size of a quarter. Unfortunately the repair did not last. But we did stand behind our work and got the vehicle repaired immediately. Lire plus

Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. To the previous poster - You were buying my car. The inspection was there for you IT HAD TO BE DONE AS THE CAR WAS PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED IN ALBERTA. You were purchasing a 2012 Nissan for 7900 with 132km Arnold had every right to tell you forget it, he dosnt have time to waste business is business you make it difficult people walk away!
